Hari-Om isn’t just a yoga school, it’s also a community and “laboratory” that wants to promote wellness art and mind and body knowledge. A real immersion in practice. Yoga Retreats for Solo or Group Travellers
Apr - Sept/ Dec-Jan: up to two group classes a day, cultural events and shows as well as the chance to meet lots of new and interesting people!
Rest of the year: daily private classes and group classes three times a week, ideal if you want to escape the frenzy of city life to regroup and rebalance yourself in a calmer place.
And remember that if you need to work during your stay, we offer free wifi and plenty of working space overlooking our garden.

Advanced Yoga Teacher Training
If you wish to deepen further for your own personal interest or to add new skills and inspirations to your profession, Hari-Om offers you different options so that you can modulate and create a ytt course that is totally made to measure for you. The advanced level is aimed at all students/teachers who have already completed at least one 200 hours teacher training with us or with other schools.
